How Pro works
Pro starts when payment is confirmed and lasts 30 days; a second notification does not extend it. It is tied to this browser; use a recovery code to move it to another one. Browser memory and canvas limits still apply, and your images are processed on your device with or without Pro.
What counts as a full-size export
An export or copy whose longer side is above 2,400 pixels after your output-width setting. Smaller exports are never counted. The free count resets at midnight on your device and is kept only in this browser.
Restore on another device
After payment, generate and download a recovery code on the confirmation page. Keep it private. Enter it at Restore purchase after changing browsers or clearing site data to recover the remaining time. Creating a new code invalidates the previous one. If you lose your code, email support@photomerge.app with the Stripe receipt reference for manual verification.
Refunds and purchase help
Email support@photomerge.app with the transaction reference and reason for your refund request. PhotoMerge will verify the payment and review the request, including any applicable consumer rights. A successful full refund ends that order’s remaining Pro time; a partial refund keeps it active. Refund processing time depends on Stripe and the payment method. A canceled or failed payment grants no Pro access. Duplicate confirmed payments are refunded separately and do not end the first purchase.
Payment entry is hosted by Stripe. This is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The final checkout must show USD $4.99 before you pay.
